1. No In-House Programmer Needed: Elevate your business care with nConnect's expert team, ready to provide comprehensive website system maintenance. Save costs without the need to hire a full-time in-house programmer. However, if your organization already has an IT or programmer team, our team is ready to coordinate and work together seamlessly to maximize system maintenance efficiency and stability. (Note: This service scope primarily focuses on system care and maintenance.)
2. 1-Year Helpdesk Service: Rest easy with our 365-day system care and warranty service, starting from the official website Go-Live date. We have clear Service Level Agreements (SLA) to protect your business: [Critical Emergencies] If the website is cyberattacked or hacked, our team will urgently investigate and resolve issues within 3 hours. | [General Updates] For information update requests, work will be completed within 14 business days. Our team will evaluate and inform you of the estimated completion date via the Helpdesk Form system.
3. 14-Day Content Update SLA: Professional care and updates for content, images, or articles to keep your website modern, within existing structures and functions (excluding new feature development). We set a maximum operation standard of 14 business days, though most tasks are completed sooner. Every time a request is submitted, our team will evaluate and inform you of the estimated completion date in advance.
Service Eligibility: Helpdesk services are reserved exclusively for clients who have their websites designed and developed by nConnect.
Service Duration: System maintenance and warranty services are valid for 365 days, starting from the official public launch date (Public Website).
Content Update Scope: Services cover website data updates, such as adding or modifying product information, images, or text. All actions must be within the existing structure and system of the website (excludes new feature programming or modifications outside the original scope).
Original Information Accuracy: To prevent errors and maintain the client's intent, the company will process data based exactly on the "Original" content provided by the client. We reserve the right not to verify, proofread, adapt, or edit any provided text.
Operation Time and Business Day Calculation (SLA): Content updates will be completed within a maximum of 14 business days.
Timeframe Commencement: Day 1 begins only once the client provides complete information and receives an Email Confirmation from our staff.
Business Days: Refers to Monday - Friday (regular business hours), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and special company holidays.
Timeframe Exceptions: In cases of high volume or complex updates requiring more than 14 business days, the company reserves the right to extend the delivery timeframe. Customers will be notified of the new schedule in advance of the original due date.
