Helpdesk service is available only for clients who built websites with nConnect.

HelpDesk is available within 365 days after the website is published.

Content update requests are completed within 14 business days after confirmation email.

Content updates cover product updates, page content changes, or page improvements within scope.

nConnect reserves the right not to alter submitted content to ensure accuracy.

We reserve the right to extend service time in special cases with prior notice.

Service days are counted from the date of confirmation email.

HelpDesk service applies on business days only (Mon–Fri), excluding weekends and holidays.
